Vacation rentals with a patio in El Limón

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

One of the best places I've stayed at, we loved it. It's much nicer in person. We'll be back!

It took a minute to get there but after settling in we were very comfortable at the property. We were far enough away yet close enough to get to whatever we needed.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

My stay was simply wonderful. From the first moment, the place exceeded my expectations: everything was impeccably clean, well maintained, spacious and with a decor that conveys warmth and good taste. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home (or better!). The location is excellent, quiet but close to everything you need. The host was incredibly attentive and always available for any questions or recommendations, which made everything flow easily and confidently. I will definitely be back. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy experience with that "special something" that makes the difference.

A peaceful, soulful tiny retreat We stayed at this tiny apartment in Las Terrenas with my wife and baby, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of peace — the sound of birds in the morning, the natural warmth of the wood, and a creative, minimalist design that invites you to slow down and take a breath. The space is small but beautifully designed. Everything is in its place, super clean, organized, and full of personality. It reminded me of a cozy Nordic cabin — simple yet rich in charm — with a tropical twist that makes it unforgettable. Harley was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. You can tell there's love and care behind every detail. If you're looking for a quiet, inspiring place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. We'd love to come back.

Very nice, easy to get to, good service, everything is very clean. The rooms are as beautiful as the publication, the gentleman there is very attentive. Thank you for everything. We were delighted. The bananas are very good.

Great layout and the space had everything we needed for a long weekend. We didn't have to interact with the hosts much beyond check in/out, but they were friendly and responsive. I would happily stay here again!

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Excellent place for large families, the complex is super quiet and the beach the anchor is very quiet and practically private. The house is complete and super spacious, definitely my family and I will be back.

I had already stayed in this residential complex but not in this apartment and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy Las Terrenas. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we look forward to returning soon!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

Loved Mirna's place - a beautiful view, spacious and comfortable, and especially excellent if you want to swim or cook. We had a great stay and I'd highly recommend!

The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away in a serene spot, yet just minutes from the beach and all the local attractions. The penthouse itself is stunning. Beautifully designed, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views from the terrace were just breathtaking. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the Samana area. We’re already dreaming about our next stay!

It's a place worth it for its price and location, it has a great view of the watchtower and the bridge. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.
