Excellent experience, 15 out of 10. The apartment is very nice and is decorated and equipped with all the details (in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom). The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is very comfortable. Ideal for resting. The place where it is located is one of the best in Playa Bonita, a quiet place, the beach is beautiful and has many restaurants nearby. Juan was an excellent host, attentive to all the details so that we could enjoy the stay. He was flexible with check-in and check-out, and left us welcome gifts (fruit and drinks). We'll be back without a doubt Thanks again

The villa itself was immaculate, spacious, and designed with both comfort and style in mind. It felt like a private resort. Every room opened up to breathtaking scenery, and we spent our mornings with coffee by the pool and our evenings under the stars. But what truly set this experience apart was Ralph’s hospitality. His communication before, during, and after our stay was prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed-offering local tips, arranging transportation, and making us feel like honored guests, not just renters. If you are looking for getaway with five-star service and genuine care, you’ve found it!

Francis is an amazing host. He provided amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The complex, is amazing, spot on. Just missing a mini-market inside of the complex would make it even better. Regarding the space, very peaceful and relaxing home, with views of the lake and sounds of nature. Clean. Would definitely consider coming back.

The apt is great. It overviews a river and is a short walk (a minute or two) from the beach. The apt is very crisp and has clean lines. The complex was quiet and at the end of the beach providing some seclusion. Parking was easy and secure Note that during checkin you do have to go past an office to grab a wristband for the stay.

The accommodation is very good, it is just as you can see in the photos, it is simple but comfortable! We had a problem with the cold water but they quickly came to solve it, so everything was great! The complex where it is located is incredible… very quiet, the amenities of sun loungers and umbrellas comfortable and free to be used all day! And beautiful beach awesome! We booked super last minute but Johandy was able to accommodate us within a couple hours of booking. The property is close to the super natural and quiet beach, El Valle. Perfect for a beautiful sunset fish supper at the rustic beach restaurant. The farming village, El Valle, is rural with very few amenities and no mobile signal (other than the wifi) which allows you to switch off and immerse yourself with nature and wake up with the cockerels and birds. There’s off street parking and the security guards are helpful, they even walked with us to buy a few essentials from a local store.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful place with everything one needs. The views are Devine. William was responsive at all times and Thomas the house keeper came every couple of days to clean the pool and the grill. Very private and well worth it. P we ate at the restaurants a couple of times and also bought groceries at las Terrenas. Playa Rincón is a must. Great WiFi and hot water. Highly recommend.

Everything was great Stephanie was amazing. She hooked us up with everyone and everything that we needed so many recommendations. Everything was so smooth.

Carlos is an exceptionally responsible host who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The clubhouse has a restaurant and the community is gated. Our stay at this place in Las Terrenas , Colina al Mar was excellent. Everything was in perfect order and just as described in the listing. We had a very nice time, the accommodation is in a very nice and quiet condominium, the apartment is comfortable and nice overlooking a lake, everything was very clean and although the kitchen was small it served us very well, well cleaned and well-kept accommodation. The owners were very nice and helped me with everything I asked, answering very quickly. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with a very nice pool on the beachfront and the beach area is spectacular.
