Condo vacation rentals in El Limón

The place was beautiful! Exactly as advertised. Las Terrenas is an amazing, beautiful and lively place with great beaches and lots to do (which we were able to organize after we arrived). The condo was comfortable well appointed and perfect for a family vacation! It’s right on the beach and very convenient to a whole number of restaurants on the sand. Elsa was a fantastic host!! We would love to go back.

José es muy amable y servicial, cada vez que le escribimos con dudas o recomendaciones de lugares para excursión nos contesto de manera inmediata y eficiente. Parque Nacional los Haitises super recomendado si visitas las Terreras, es precisoso al igual que Cayo Levantao. El apartamento es cómodo, equipado y céntrico. Lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias José!

This is an amazing slice of paradise and one my family will return to! The location was perfect. I can’t think of anything better than enjoying coffee listening to the waves, walking a few short feet to beach and pool, enjoying wood fired pizza and fresh drinks and then coming back to sit on the porch and relax. Our children also loved making friends and we found the community very welcoming. We only wish we stayed longer!

Amazing spacious apartment it feels like a house. Great private pool. The staff is amazing!!! Would highly recommend, and would book again. The place is very elegant and comfortable, we felt right at home. We were a bit unlucky the time of year we booked the town was very hectic during Holy Week, but that’s on us not knowing it gets like that. However when the hectic mess of Holy Week was done it was paradise. Great restaurants, cafes and bars all around. Great Hosts!

Todo bien, muy bonito , limpio y tranquilo. Solo que deben colocar la señalización de los bloques por edificio, para tener una mejor guía al llegar al apto. Luego el resto fenomenal.

This was a great place to stay, clean and well furnished. Location was excellent, just steps from the ocean, and walking distance to a few very good restaurants. Estefania was responsive to all our communications, and the property manager Medelli was also very helpful. We also appreciated the courtesy and help of the security staff who were always available to assist. This is a place that we are definitely hoping to return to.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Kiara was the best host ever; she went way above and beyond. The apartment is in a complex of hotel rooms and studio apartments. It's on the edge of town, an easy taxi ride, or a 20 minute walk along a very nice malecon to get to tons of restaurants. And it's only a 5-10 minute to the pier, to catch the boats for all kinds of excursions, from hiking to whale-watching. The apartment is small... as in hotel room size with a little galley kitchen. It would be great for a weekend away, eating in restaurants. For couples like us, who prefer to mostly do our own cooking and not go out to eat, it was a little difficult, but we managed it. The pools are great, but they need more chairs and umbrellas. The view of the bay from the pool area was awesome, and our room was right above it, so we enjoyed the same view from our balcony.

Rooney answered our questions immediately from the start and provided everything we asked for. The place is very nice and spacious, the upstairs space is large with a nice view that allowed to see beautiful sunsets.

We stayed at the condo for 3 weeks and all in all, we really enjoy it. It is at the very end of Playa Ballenas in a gated community which is quiet. It does necessitate having some transportation (scooter/ATV/golf cart) to go into the city which can easily be arranged by Camila. The beach itself is only a 5 min walk. Camila was an excellent host. Took very good care of us from check-in to check-out and was responsive of any asks. Condo was great and having a full kitchen and washer and dryer made our stay that much more enjoyable. Note that there is another condo being built next door but the noise was not an issue for us. A fantastic winter escape - thank you Camila! 🙏

This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

An unforgettable stay! Saskia’s penthouse was absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the cozy beds to the fully stocked kitchen. Saskia was a gracious and responsive host, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. This was hands down one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for an extended period of time and loved it. It is well decorated, clean, and has amazing views from all balconies and the roof top. The condo is at Playa Ballenas, walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and the town activities with shopping and more bars and restaurants. You can walk on the beautiful beach for many miles. The roof top is great for bbq, relaxing, dining, people watching and sunset. The complex property, pools, and staff are all very welcoming. The beach in front of the property is big, has many palm trees for shade, and the complex provides lounge chairs. There’s a Starlink for faster internet. Nelson is very friendly and quickly responds to inquiries. We will stay here again.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The host was proactive and responsive. The location was perfect. The pool was very clean and has a great view of the ocean. I look forward to staying here again soon!

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

We had an amazing time and much of it was because of Ulysse!! From the beginning, Ulysee communicated better than any other Host I've dealt with. I asked so many questions before we arrived; things to do?, transportation recommendations, safety, Scooter/4X4 rental info, etc. He was very responsive and made me feel excited about our trip. The Apartment was perfect for us. We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable, clean space. Ulysse's apartment checked all the boxes. The layout makes you feel like you are outside all the time. The patio overlooks the pool and grounds. The Complex is well taken care of. The property is gated and there is armed security all night. Many of the people we met at the pool and either full time or regular returning renters. The short walk to the beach is great as well. The apartment is off the road far enough to keep it nice a quiet. I would highly recommend this apartment in Las Terranes to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing visit. *****

Es mi 2a vez en el apto de Vanessa y, como siempre, todo excelente y perfecto. Vanessa siempre piensa en TODO, es por mucho la mejor host que nos ha tocado. El apto impecable, todas las amenidades que podrías necesitar, fácil acceso, todo queda caminando, seguridad y privacidad. La verdad no tengo ni 1 sola queja⭐️

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue excepcional. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de los mejores restaurantes de la zona.El apartamento estaba impecable, bien decorado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante. El anfitrión Máximo fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier pregunta o recomendarnos lugares para visitar. Además, el entorno es tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sin duda, mi familia y yo regresaremos en los próximos días.!

Where to begin? This Airbnb is beyond incredible. My wife and I live in NYC and escaped the winter to stay here for a month while working remotely. It’s perfect for long-term stays. Highlights: 1) The beach is RIGHT there—remote, lined with palms, soft white sand, and great for morning walks. The breeze and golden hours are magical. 2) Alba’s cooking & cleaning! She’s the sweetest and makes delicious Dominican breakfasts. Her tostones were our favorite. 3) The indoor/outdoor setup is amazing—the sliding doors open to a full outdoor living space. The neutral, calming design makes it easy to relax. 4) The Olympic-sized pool was so great—we did laps with birds chirping and sun sparkling on the water. The open kitchen/living layout made the space feel breezy and light. Plus, Julissa is a fantastic host—super helpful and responsive. Two tips: bring strong bug spray (lots of mosquitos!) and rent a car—it’s about a 15-minute drive from town. Can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing stay! The place was beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. The host, Wascar, was incredibly attentive and always available to help. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible. This place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
