The simple life!! Quaint little house just close enough, and yet far enough away from the city bustle. Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Situated on 6.5 acres of a variety of trees, the property includes a hiking path around the perimeter, a seasonal creek, and occasional wildlife. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.

This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023.

There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Williams Lakehouse @Calion Lake is located 15 minutes from El Dorado. This beautiful 1,200 sq ft open floor plan lake house sits on 2.5 acres of gated water-front property. Inside the property, you will find a 75 inch tv, two queen sofa beds, one murphy bed (enclosed within the barn doors), a wood burning fireplace, and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property includes a 60 ft long floating dock, fire pit, and a grill.

The Lion House in El Dorado

Come stay at a great location minutes away from all the major attractions in El Dorado. Close to downtown events and activities. Quiet safe neighborhood if you need to get some work from home done as well. A king bed, queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds with onsite laundry. Fenced in backyard however we do not allow pets. Two bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to get ready. No smoking allowed inside but allowed in the backyard.

This spacious mid century modern home was built in 1963. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that dead ends on both ends of the street. Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
