Wonderfull house for a copule Nice to Live in and receive friends for a dinner or lunch outside! Very comfortable and pretty. Air conditioning, fireplace and a really good queensize bed. The bathroom is well equipped, with nice and hot shower. The energy will be charged extra using the Airbnb tools for that. For longer term renting (28 days +) it will be charged as it comes in the bill. For short terms (less than 28 days) we will charge by the meter taking a pic of it by check in/out

The kitchen has everything you need and the third bed located downstairs is super comfortable with high quality mattress and turns into a sofa during the day.
