The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the pier and airport (10 min drive). 600 meters away there is a perfect beach for walking and watching the sunset. The pool is shared.

It's a fairly comfortable space for your stay in La Paz. You can find supermarkets, a gas station, a restaurant for breakfast, and public transport passes right by that street. During the night it's a quiet neighborhood where you can rest peacefully. If you're traveling by car, the place has private parking. Access is independent from the street and there is a safe box where you can pick up the keys at the time you want to enter.
