Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

We absolutely loved this bnb! It’s HUGE, beds were great, location was good, and it was just plain fun. Such a gem. Only complaint was that we were offered early check in at 1130 (which is great) and didn’t get to check in until 12 due to previous guests. We didn’t get any notification until we were there waiting. Realistic bnb problems but a heads up would have been good due to us having kiddos. Overall AMAZING stay.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

L’appartamento di Carmen è spazioso ed accogliente! L’arredamento delizioso rende l’ambiente caldo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Il piccolo giardino interno inoltre è stato perfetto con i bambini. La posizione ottima a metà tra il centro e la città della scienza ci ha permesso di raggiungere le nostre mete facilmente. Carmen un host gentilissima e premurosa ,non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Valencia città incantevole.

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

Peaceful oasis in heart of Valencia's medieval core. El Carmen is central enough to put everything within walking or biking distance, but far enough from nightlife areas to be quiet at night. Great little tapas bars, restaurants and groceries are a 5-min walk This little apartment has everything you need El Carmen is a dense residential neighborhood with narrow streets. If you leave the windows open you'll hear the neighbors so bring earplugs for sleeping, like in any medieval center

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Good location, nice view. We walked to the center and the beach! The only thing that we didn't like was the couch (very hard :p).

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location was perfect, a little away from the heavily touristed city center, but still plenty to do and easy to get to the old city center. Our hosts were always available and helpful. The space is “cozy” but the outdoor terrace is a real bonus, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. If you come here by car, I would suggest pre-paying for your parking through the Parkimeter website in the underground lot the hosts suggest. Free on street parking may be available, but in our experience availability is limited. You pretty much have to get a spot immediately when someone vacates it. Also, for you older folks (I’m 75 and reasonably mobile), there is one elevator in the building that takes you to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th(as the listing clearly explains). One night we got home from dinner and the elevator was out of order. It happens, but that was a long walk up for these old legs. We recommend Sandin’s place.

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end chez Rafael. Nous avons apprécié le cadre et la propreté de l’appartement qui était très fonctionnel. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous étions avec notre bébé et Rafael nous a mis à disposition un lit parapluie, une chaise et baignoire bébé. Merci ☺️

Todo perfect, ubicación y demás en nuestro caso fue por tema de gimnasios y lo teníamos a 5 minutos caminando. La única pega es el sillón cama que no está mal pero podría ser mejor para el descanso, de resto ella muy simpática y atenta y la casa muy bonita y acogedora.

El piso de María es una maravilla: súper limpio, amplio, lleno de luz y muy tranquilo. Y lo mejor es que está a solo 2 minutos del metro, así que en nada estás en el centro histórico o en la playa. ¡Nos encantó todo! María es un amor, muy atenta, siempre con buenas recomendaciones y dispuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. ¡Una anfitriona de 10! Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Gracias por todo, María!

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

L’appartement correspondait à la description. Maison propre, bien équipée et le parking était un vrai +. L’hôte Eva était très sympathique et accueillante.

Ruim appartement met terras, heel prettig om te ontbijten buiten bijvoorbeeld. Vlakbij park Turia, lekkere koffieceremonie broodjes om de hoek. Fantastisch om op de fiets de stad te ontdekken. En in de avond bis een taxi prettig en betaalbaar.
