THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. So…we stayed. We built our home with the intention of a vacation rental suite below. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ripe, we love to share. El Nido is located in town - walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest.

We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Air conditioned throughout, Full kitchen, king 🛌 bed in master, two tv’s 📺 and most all comfort of home. Full safe water drinking system. Your own private casita in the garden of a beachfront home 20 minutes north of Los Barriles. Rural location, calm and secluded. Guests have access to the dipping pool—too small for swimming but perfect for cooling off and great for children. The beach in front of the house is mostly rock but there are sandy stretches a short distance away. Los Barriles and El Cardonal, both 20 minutes by road, have fine sand beaches, restaurants and stores.
