apartment, totally separate, in the upper level of my home. 1 bedroom, 1 bath W living area, kitchen & outside deck. 2 1/2 miles north of town. You are a 4 minute walk to Tres Palapas Pickleball Center, a first class facility offering not only the opportunity to play/learn the fun sport of pickle ball, but also has great dining options, from your morning coffee/smoothie, casual lunches or chef inspired dinners. I'm not the Hilton, but a great place to hang your hat for a few days, or a month!

This centrally located house near Playa Central is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store. The quiet neighborhood offers great views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room has a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy high-speed Starlink satellite internet during your stay. Note: There is no AC. We have two ceiling fans for the living room and a floor fan for the bedroom. Hot months may be an issue.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Our place is brand new… it’ll feel like home away from home. We are four lots from the Pickleball courts..which is Tres Palapas. We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Air conditioned throughout, Full kitchen, king 🛌 bed in master, two tv’s 📺 and most all comfort of home. Full safe water drinking system. We provide… Coffee Soaps and shampoo Snacks Mayo, mustard, and ketchup. All linens And WiFi !!
