Maria Paz was always attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure, they even took the trouble to pick us up at the bus stop, which we greatly appreciated, they were very kind and cordial, we hope to return soon.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and in a very familiar space. It's close to everyone but by car. You can get to the beach by walking about 15-20 minutes.

Exelente communication with Dorys and María Cristina in the reception . The location of the dpto very well with accesses and commerce at the gate . Cleanliness ,order and safety with great peace of mind of the surroundings . Pool service and exelente environment. Highly recommended and reliable. We look forward to returning soon.🙂

Very nice apartment, great space, amazing view with fantastic sunset. There is no access to the beach, heated pool only for owners, which ends up being a little disappointing. There is a market in front of the condominium, which is very helpful. The wonderful Aji Pança Del Mar Restaurant is a 5-minute drive away.

We loved the apartment, we were two adults and 4 children and we were very comfortable, the environment is beautiful and the view is unbeatable, the children really enjoyed the pools even though the heated pool was not working, it is next to the forest, excellent views for going out for a walk. The mattresses were like new, the kitchen was super well-equipped, and the bathrooms were clean. We only stayed a few days, but we'll definitely be back. Paola is an excellent host, she responds very quickly and is very kind.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and has an incomparable view, seeing the sunset from your window is beautiful. The master bedroom is spacious and very comfortable with a TV, the bathrooms worked perfectly, the kitchen and its appliances were all in perfect working order and had everything. My family and I felt right at home! We stayed a little over 30 days and were always in touch with Liana who helped us with everything we needed. Great host. Also, the owners were very friendly, attentive and available. I absolutely recommend it!! We loved it! The complex has many activities for children and adults, it is very quiet, organized and clean. We love vacations in Laguna Bay.

I have visited many houses in Tunquén and the architecture of this one is very nice. The house has a pool, stove and grill. Ricardo very attentive and the nature of the beautiful place. We were happy 🤩

Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!

Apartment complies with the description Andrés sent in advance all directions to the building and necessary information for our stay . Full apartment equipped and close to downtown, supermarkets, among others. The enclosure has several swimming pools, navigable lagoon, restaurant, jacuzzi, among others. Definitely highly recommend.

This is the second time I go to the depto, because it has a spectacular view and all the comforts to rest. A very good place to walk and have everything nearby, without having the need to get the car out. The windows isolate very well the possible external noises of the street and the construction below.

Excellent place, very nice the tidy and clean Depto, the concierge of the place is very friendly and attentive, the view that it has is privileged and the access to the beach is very optimal for me who was with a person in a wheelchair and an older adult was very comfortable, also everything is very close, the trade, the craft fair and the games, I had to arrive on the day of the light cut that was nationally and I was worried about how to climb since it was on the 12th floor, but they had a generator to use the elevators, which I thought it was a wonder, I would definitely go back without hesitation.
