What can I say but that Taha is the best host we've ever met! As soon as we arrived, he welcomed us with incredible kindness and availability. We booked at the last minute, and despite this, everything was absolutely perfect: an apartment of impeccable cleanliness, no speck of dust, everything was spotless and matches the photos. Our stay here was extremely pleasant. Haytham was a great host and was very responsive. We had no issues and everything went as smoothly as possible. Haytham went above and beyond with catering to our toddler by providing us with a play pen for her to sleep in and a stroller too. All included with no extra costs. The only minor complaint is that the master bedroom’s shower was inconsistent with the water temperature, so we mostly showered in the other bathroom, which was fine. And also there is a slight ant problem, so just be very diligent about putting food away as soon as you’re done, and wiping counters and tables. Overall, we were very satisfied with all of the amenities and services by the host. Would definitely recommend this place!!

We enjoyed this apartment for a 10 night stay. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of 6. Amira and her husband did a lot to make sure our needs were accounted for. The compound facilities are beautiful, including pool and children’s areas. Being located near the AUC campus and nice mall was a plus. If we are in Egypt again we’d love to stay here!

This is a homestay that is truly your home away from home. We received a warm welcome by the host. The house was cosy and spotless clean. We really appreciate the minimalist but functional kitchen. We stayed during Eid and we were able to cook our usual festive dishes in the well equipped kitchen. The host thought it all - the kitchen was equipped from the pots, casseroles down to kitchen towels. The host is contactable and very responsive. We stayed in Egypt for 2 weeks, at 4 different places and this is by far the best one.

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at this brand new penthouse. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Shady was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The compound itself is fantastic — very secure, with great amenities including a private supermarket and pharmacy exclusively for residents. There’s also a Hyde Out area with a variety of restaurants, as well as football, tennis, and padel courts. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end, comfortable stay in Cairo. I’ll definitely be booking the same penthouse again next time I’m in town! Thank you so much Shady!

Ghada and Noha were phenomenal hostesses! I booked rather early to ensure I could get the house. They were extremely attentive, communicative and responsive to many emails for months. They even had their driver meet me to exchange keys coming and going on my timeline. Awesome space, clean, TV, Wifi and full kitchen. Awesome place!
