What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

It was nice to stay in AL- REHAB Villa It is very comfort & tidy Peace of mind . You can enjoy the sun in the garden , very quiet, nice place to have a vacation far from crowded city. THANK YOU ADHAM for you cooperation & quick response & hospitality. Sure i will come again

The Host is absolutely outstanding and communication was excellent throughout our stay; we got great local recommendations and all of our needs were met. The home itself is spacious, welcoming, and well furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard is also well-kept and a nice addition to the home for taking in fresh air and some sun. There’s even fresh mint throughout the property which made our green tea cups even more tasty. Highly recommend staying here, or any other property managed by the Hist, Abdelrazik; his team truly does their best to accommodate guests. Thank you for having us!

perfect! this huge apartment is in a great compound with gym, swimming pool, games for children. a real happiness in the middle of the Egyptian tumult. the apartment is very clean, bright. washing machine very important for families. air conditioning very important too. the instructions were clear and the host is extremely responsive on whatsapp. I would recommend it without hesitation!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

I booked Nasser’s place for myself, my wife & our 16 month son for 10 days and it was the perfect decision, extremely clean, quiet, secure ,fully modern furniture & equipment with everything you need to make you feel at home. The place itself is exactly like in the pictures , very comfortable, great location, nice neighborhood, easy access to most places we needed to go in new Cairo. Nasser is a great host , very friendly, responsive & extremely helpful. He even went for and beyond and brought me a crib for my son upon my request on the first day, which was extremely helpful and very appreciated. Also when I lost the WiFi connection at the apartment he quickly came to the apartment & solved the problem. Thank you, Nasser and the team for everything you made to make us feel at home and for the warm welcome. We definitely will book it again. The next time we go to Cairo❤️❤️❤️.
