Nina's home is simply exceptional. Located in a safe and quiet region, it perfectly combines the quiet of the neighborhood with its proximity to the centre and excellent attractions, such as charming Spain Square. It's easy to find everything you need walking around: restaurants, cable car terminal, market, bakery and more, all just minutes away. The house is extremely cosy, equipped with heaters that guarantee comfort even on the coldest of days. Although the apartment does not have a laundry area, there is a laundry nearby that offers an efficient and inexpensive service. What really makes the difference, however, is impeccable hospitality. Nina and Dona Ana Maria are incredibly welcoming, always ready to help and ensure your stay is perfect. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

Beautiful, large and clean place in a safe environment. There is a 24h security service at the entrance. A supermarket as well as the cable car station is right around the corner. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. They were very flexible, helpful, and always easily accessible. We stayed in the apartment for almost two weeks and felt very comfortable.

Very nice apartment, with very responsive hosts! The views of the Paz skyscrapers and the Illumani mountains are breathtaking! Small downside for those who feel the cold, the apartment is very cold.

Perfectly connected via the Celeste, Yellow, and Green Teleféricos - you can get anywhere in the city with ease. Host: Andrea is an 11/10 host. Incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive. The best host we've ever had on Airbnb. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to La Paz.

The location is ideal, you have everything around: public transport, shops, restaurants, etc. It also has day and night security which is very important. The apartment is warm and spacious with all the amenities. And one of the most wonderful things is the view. No matter which of the rooms you're in, you'll have dreamy views of La Paz. Communication with Veronica from the beginning was very cordial, friendly, and she was always ready to help with any questions. 100% recommended! Carlos was an excellent host, he answered all my questions and inquiries very kindly. The place is impeccable, comfortable, with all the necessary utensils and an amazing view. The neighborhood where it is located is quiet, with supermarkets, cafes and many shops nearby. Grateful to have found this place in La Paz, which felt like home.

From the very start, the host was attentive to my arrival, even before I communicated. The apartment matches the photos, the cleanliness was good and the microclimate inside the apartment makes it warm, the view of the city of La Paz is magnificent. It has a master bedroom with TV plus cable service, another smaller bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is located on a main avenue, which has access to all kinds of shops and a few blocks from the purple and blue cable car.

The apartment is safe, comfortable, easy to access, and close to some great restaurants and cafes. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning sometime in the future. Highly recommended!
