The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Modern, light-flooded, well-kept apartment overlooking the Venn. Separate entrance house number 13b. On the 1st floor, there is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with a baby cot. On the gallery is our sofa bed for two more people. Hikers and cyclists are only 300 m from the Venn, Ravel and Velo bike paths. In the nearby area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt and Vogelsang Castle.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
