Old building apartment in a prime location in Graz

The parking space in front of the house is suitable for cars with higher chassis, as it is quite steep. I have no comments about the accommodation. The host was very kind and always willing to give advice or help. A big bonus is the location of the apartment in a quiet part of town about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Loft in Aflenz spa town

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

The apartment was very nice and cozy – you immediately felt comfortable and could rest well. The location is perfect: A supermarket is just around the corner, the city is not far, and the highway is within easy reach. Really great!

We had a wonderful time! It was peaceful and exactly what we needed for a relaxing get-away. The place was clean, quiet and well insulated, so despite the cold winter we were always warm. The locals were very welcoming. Overall, we would come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious apartment in a great location. The centre of Graz is only 15 minute walk, plus there are bars, places to eat and a supermarket at the end of the road. Easy access to the off street car parking. The digital keyless access works really well. Apartment had plenty of amenities.

I immediately felt at home. The view of the mountains is simply picturesque. The location right next to the cable car and the basilica just around the corner is really perfect. The apartment is cozy and Ute is a very accommodating person, communication with her was reliable and friendly. There were even sweets and coffee/tea to welcome us. I look forward to my next visit. I felt super comfortable with Andrea. The apartment was large and quiet. Andrea is very sweet and responded to my wishes very well. She also gave me a lot of tips about the region on arrival. Everything was super straightforward and generally a great experience. We'd love to come back :)

We loved this home, located in a cute town quite close to Hochkar ski resort. 4 of us and the house was fully equipped. Absolutely wonderful.

Had a wonderful stay in Graz. There was lots to do in the area, and the location is quite close and easy to walk to and from the train station. Plus, the host is timely with their promised response time if a concern arises, i.e. check-in, amenities, local tourist spots, restaurants & convenience stores.

Aside from not 100% clean floor when we arrived (rest of the apartment was perfectly clean, just parts of the floor were not vacuumed) it was great. We had no problems, the kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms are big and well furnished with plenty of closet space. The small river next to the windows was so nice to listen to while sleeping, the area is calm and pretty. We definitely reccomend staying here!
