Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.

Spacious vacation home/farm in the Thuringian Forest near Rudolstadt and Leuchtenburg - The three-sided vacation farm consists of a renovated farmhouse, a separate annex (with separate apartment for two) and a barn. The farmhouse has 2 floors and can accommodate a total of 11 people. On the first floor there is the living and dining area, a kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 shower baths, 2 toilets and 7 bedrooms (a total of 11+2 sleeping options).
