Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in quiet and rural surroundings. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Great newer cabin (completed 2022) on Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the lake. The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
