Otherwise, it is always fine as a plunge pool. Free Wi-Fi. Free wood for wood-fired sauna, Stereo system and Netflix subscription, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment. Our townhouse in the centre of Maastricht is ideal for both leisure and business, available for 4, optional max 6. Two rooms including private bathrooms, offer a high degree of privacy. We can offer you a third room with private bathroom, if your party needs more space. All bedrooms are have A/C. In addition, it has a patio and terrace with lounge seating. Gourmet (fully equipped) kitchen, fresh espresso coffeemaker, large dining table and much more. Parking available in front of the house.

A farm with a few cattle grazing in the meadow, some free-range chickens for a fresh egg with your breakfast and our 3 horses. Tall cherry and apple trees surround the buildings. In the spring with their beautiful blossoms and in the summer with delicious sweet cherries/apples. Welcome to our beautiful Mescherhei.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated with lots of plants, flowers and nice ornaments. The house also has a long garden (30 meters) with sun loungers and a patio where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, we have really tried to give it a Mediterranean atmosphere and we think this has been quite successful :) Within 8 minutes' walk, you are already at the station, and within 12 minutes, you are practically in the city center.

It is the old baking house of the original farmhouse and even has an old well, now covered with glass, inside the downstairs bedroom. It is ideally situated in Oost-Maarland, 5km outside Maastricht, with the nr 15 bus stop 100m away. Perfect for runners, bikers, hikers, nature lovers and water sporters (the Maas and lake are 5min walk away). Free parking on property.

Stay in Terblijt

A two-room apartment in a beautiful location on the Pieterpad in the hills between Valkenburg and Maastricht. The rate includes tourist tax and cleaning fee. You will stay in the basement of our home. The guesthouse consists of a spacious bedroom with bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. You can safely store the bikes in the house. Upon request (and when we are present), we can provide breakfast for €10 pp.
