The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated with lots of plants, flowers and nice ornaments. The house also has a long garden (30 meters) with sun loungers and a patio where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, we have really tried to give it a Mediterranean atmosphere and we think this has been quite successful :) Within 8 minutes' walk, you are already at the station, and within 12 minutes, you are practically in the city center.
