The cabin is only a short walk away from Vøringsfossen, a very well-known attraction in Eidfjord. 20 minutes by car takes you to the center of Eidfjord. There is great hiking terrain around the cabin, and it is only a short drive to hiking opportunities on Hardangervidda Towels and bed linen must be brought.

Well-equipped and modern apartment in Maurset, only 10 minutes to Hardangervidda National Park and 10 minutes to Vøringsfossen. A perfect place to stay if you are going to experience Norway. Wood-burning fireplace, stable Wi-Fi, and parking directly outside the door. Private terrace with a great view of the Bjoreio river with the plateau on the horizon. Linens, towels and firewood are included. Dogs are allowed. Here you can enjoy both short and longer stays. Our guests greatly appreciate the short distance to hiking trails in winter, spring and summer.

Unique location with amazing views. Walking distance (about 3 min) to shops, restaurants, and public transport, charging station for electric cars and otherwise what the center of Eidfjord has to offer. More activities can be experienced in the nearby area such as rib trip, boat, kayak, hiking trails, cinema, sand volleyball, gallery, cozy cafes. Important! There are no bed linens and towels, these can be rented for NOK 300 per person. This has to be booked in advance. Kayak rental NOK 300 per day. Wood to burn outside NOK 100 per sack

Bring the whole family to this great place with many hiking opportunities. Large and well-equipped cabin. Garage. Prepared ski slopes just below. In summer there is a bicycle path/trail there. Short drive to alpine on Maurset. It is 3 km to the charging station and grocery store. In summer, there is also an open grocery store within walking distance from the cabin. Short driving distance to Vøringsfossen. It is 20 min to Eidfjord. There are 2 cots for 0-2 years. 1 junior bed. 1 high chair, 2 junior chairs Toys and puzzles for children.

Great new mountain cabin

Relax with family or friends in this spacious and peaceful cabin. We have 3 double beds, 2 single beds and a family bunk bed. The single beds can be doubled if needed. The cabin is located at the foot of Hardangervidda with endless hiking opportunities. Many pictures can be found on IG: fossebu_gardslivegen Remember to bring your own bed linen and towels. Can be offered for NOK 100 per person. The cleaning fee covers the washing of surfaces, but it should be cleaned nicely before you leave, and normal cleaning is expected

Lovely mountain apartment at Maurset

Welcome to our great cabin apartment! Here you have all you need with lovely hiking trails just outside the door all year round, as well as walking distance to ski slopes. The cabin is peaceful and spacious and offers all modern facilities such as fiber broadband, driving all the way and 200 meters to convenience store with charging stations (Eviny/Tesla). Shop is open 7-23 every day. The apartment is the most sheltered in the field, with unobstructed views. The apartment must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Here you will find the perfect combination of comfort and nature experiences! The cabin is located in a secluded area, overlooking Sysendalen and with good sun conditions. Right outside the door you will find great hiking terrain in the summer and prepared ski trails in the winter. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, as well as an attic room with a TV. Private parking only 100 meters from the cabin with space for 3-4 cars.

Gretebu en søt, liten hytte, med et område som vil gi deg minner for livet! Dette er et unikt, lite sted❤️☺️ Det er dessverre IKKE dusj på hytta. Det er vann på kjøkkenet (også varmt vann), i toalettet, men dessverre ikke noen muligheter for å dysje i hytta. Beklager dette! Dette er også en hytte som ikkje alltid blir kontrollert mellom gjester, så du må ta med eget sengetøy, og du som gjest må rydde/vaske etter deg. Håper et opphold på min familiehytte kan gi deg noen vakre minner for livet! ❤️

Velkommen til vår sjarmerande familiehytte, som ligg i rolige og vakre omgivnadar på Fetalia, nærme Vøringsfossen. Denne koselege hytta er den ideelle plassen å ta me deg familien eller vennegjengen og ta ein pause frå kvardagens stress, og tilbringe tid saman i naturen. Hytta har plass til 9 personar og er fullt utstyrt med alt du treng for ein komfortabel og hyggelig ferie eller langhelg! Det er kort veg til turstiar, skiløyper og gode moglegheitar for aktivitetar for både store og små!

Cozy cabin near Vøringsfossen and hiking trails

Vår lille, koselige familiehytte ligger midt i smørøyet ved foten av Hardangervidda. 5 min å gå til nærbutikk der er det også hurtiglading for elbil. Hytten har innlagt strøm og vann. Hytten ligger på solsiden av dalen og du kan nyte en kopp kaffe på terrassen med nydelig utsikt. Husk å ta med tursko for her finner du endeløse muligheter for fantastiske fjellturer. Om vinteren kan du ta på ski og skli rett ned i skiløypene i Sysendalen. Hytten passer best for opptil 5 personer.

Great hiking possibilities in summer and winter, both short hikes and top hikes. Short distance to the lookout point Vøringsfossen and possible day trips to Hardangervidda Nature Center in Øvre Eidfjord, Mikkelparken in Kinsarvik, Dronningstien and Trolltunga.
