Blockhaus Seggauberg

Das Blockhaus verfügt über einem Vorraum der als Raucherraum genutzt werden darf. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist mit einem Kachelofen, einem TV sowie einer Sitzecke für 6 Personen für gemütliches Zusammensitzen ausgestattet. In der angrenzenden Küche befindet sich ein Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen sowie ein Hauseigener Weinschrank mit ausgesuchten heimischen Weinen (gegen Bezahlung). Des Weiteren befindet sich im Untergeschoss das Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und WC. Eine wunderschöne Holztreppe führt über den ersten Stock des Hauses. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafräume für maximal 6 Personen. Dabei sorgen die in allen Zimmern vorhandenen Boxspringbetten für erholsamen Schlaf. Eines der Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit einzigartiger Aussicht zum Genießen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Es gibt auch ein zweites Bad mit Wc im Obergeschoss. Bei Absprache steht auch ein Gitterbett für die Kleinsten zur Verfügung.

New brick house, wooden facade, clay plaster inside, wood. Large living room with kitchen, dining and lounge area (sofa) with fireplace. Wooden floors, chic bathroom. Spacious exercise room with generous views to the south and southwest. Outside: (wood-fired)sauna, bathtub with bath oven, farm garden for berry seasoning, tea and spice herbs. Plenty of space and peace (hardly any light pollution) and just a stone's throw from the South Styrian Wine Route. This small oasis allows you to regenerate and relax.

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. Charming townhouse with garden

In the heart of Southern Styria, close to the centre, in the more than 100-year-old Bürgerhaus... Arrival can be easily by car (private carport for guests) and public transport(Leibnitz train station on foot 10min away). Cyclists are also welcome (the bikes can be accommodated in a lockable outbuilding) to the cycle paths R1 and R2 are 5 minutes each.
