We are renting a quiet, bright 21/2 room ground floor apartment (75 m²) with a separate entrance in Berg am Irchel, in the Zurich wine country. Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Zurich and the airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes by car. 60 minutes to Zurich by bus and train. The bus station is in the village within walking distance. The apartment and the surroundings are very child-friendly. Your children will find plenty of space to play on our farm. You will stay on the edge of the village on a farm surrounded by fruit trees.

Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so it has a lot of leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit cool with us, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. Breakfast was terrific and far too much for two people. We'd love to have eaten more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Referral = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

Dominique is incredibly hospitable and kind. Her place was indescribable and was even better than the images. The front and back garden was a perfect peaceful escape on the Rhine. We stayed here for a girls trip and it had everything we needed. Dominique carefully thought of everything a guest might need! This Airbnb was the most history rich and well kept Airbnb that I’ve stayed at. I would love to visit again!!

The attention to detail... A very charming apartment renovated with a lot of love for detail and very tastefully decorated. Dorine personally welcomed us and showed us everything. The refrigerator was already filled, so we did not lack fresh bread or milk - thank you very much! We were able to spend a few really nice days in Marthalen, in which Dorine and Patrick as great hosts played a significant role. Thank you for everything, we had a great time with you!
