Unser 1-Zimmer-Apartment (ca. 40 m²) liegt im Erdgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses in der historischen Altstadt von Passau. Die Fensterseite öffnet sich zu einem kleinen, sonnigen Garten – eine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der imposante Dom und Rathaus sind nur einen gemütlichen fünfminütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für Kulturfreunde und Stadtentdecker.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

The holiday apartment Hofmark is located in Aicha vorm Wald and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 65 m² apartment consists of a fully equipped living kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dish towels and a sofa bed for one person, three separate bedrooms, and a bathroom.
