The Smiddy Kirkwall

The Smiddy is a unique house, a converted woollen mill fully modernised with many special architectural features. Suitable for upto six adults, two children and one infant maximum. The house is decorated to a high standard with Orkney stone walls, oak flooring and oak stairway. Upstairs at The Smiddy there is a spacious living area with a wood burning stove, panoramic window, 75" TV with Sky and sound system and there is also a juke box. We also have Sky Q in every bedroom and in the kitchen.

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Set in the parish of Sandwick in rural Orkney surrounded by farmland, approximately 1.5 miles from the sea at Skaill beach and Skara Brae and approximately 4 miles from the ancient Ring of Brodgar, Standing Stones of Stenness and the recently discovered Ness of Brodgar which is currently being excavated.
