We had a wonderful time! So relaxing and fun staying right by the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and appreciated that there were life jackets too! Loved the large window overlooking the lake. The dining area was a good size for large groups. Kitchen was nice and well equipped.

Nice house, modern and comfortable for a relaxing weekend. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk (or very short drive) into town.

John and Tracy's home is beautiful. Exactly as described. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and have private space when necessary. We grilled and made breakfast every morning, played lots of games, and enjoyed local restaurants for dinner. We also had music playing constantly through the beautiful speaker system. My son and I also enjoyed 3 games of chess! Loved the board. As it was our first family trip to Door County, we did not know what to expect. Thank you to John and Tracy for meeting our every need. It was an amazing weekend, and we ended at the Farm with our 1 year old granddaughter. Highly recommend both the Airbnb and the Farm!

Great stay over Memorial Day weekend. It had everything we needed and was close to downtown and great restaurants, coffee shops, and even an art fair. Would definitely stay there again if coming back to Sturgeon Bay.

Kathleen was a terrific host who provided many touches to make our stay comfortable. Coffee, tea, movies, kitchenette all made our stay very pleasant. We loved the apartment. It was very cute and well maintained. Pet friendly, and very accommodating. There isn't a pizza cutter, but we have yet to stay at an Air BNB that has one. Lol! Overall, it was lovely and will stay again when we come back.

Loved it! A beautiful place on a quiet wooded lot. Only heard the frogs. We were pleased to explore an area of Door County that I was unfamiliar with. And we hit it perfect. Yellow lady slippers galore at Ellison Bay Bluff park. House decorated very nicely. Comfy furniture. Even has a back deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Would love to return someday.

We loved this cabin! Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the bonfire pit. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from downtown Sister Bay. We'd love to come back and rent this cabin again.

The cabin itself was clean, quiet and an amazing place for nature lovers. The trail on the farm itself is peaceful, and the nearby Algoma beachfront and Kewaunee nature trail are beautiful as well with a nice variety of wildlife, birds and plants. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again when we are in the area.

Great cozy springtime stay. It was nice to use the wood burning stove and hang out in the large common area.

Not only was the cabin clean with friendly hosts, the decor really enhanced the “Up North” feeling with retro vibes. Whether relaxing by the fire, listening to some vinyl we picked up at an antique store on the turntable at the cabin, walking down the street to listen to the waves or checking out great restaurants nearby, the hosts helped share their favorite places and this beautiful space. It was a memorable stay and property!

Amazing place -- the island and bay are beautiful, the cabin is cozy and has everything you need for a weekend (or more) of relaxation & fun. Hosts are friendly & responsive. We had a wonderful time, hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin by the bay/lake in Gills Rock. There is a beautiful hiking spot just minutes from the cabin and it was a nice quiet neighborhood to do my morning walks while I waited for my husband to get motivated. 4 State Parks we visited in the area with Newport being the closest (less than 10 minutes I think) and a "Dark Sky Park" (aka Star Viewing) Everything was simple from check in to check out. There is no TV in the main bedroom (I am one of those people) but it worked out and we couldn't have been happier with this AirBnB for our anniversary. What a beautiful area. We prefer off season travel as apposed to overcrowding and Door County in April is great if you are in to the that. We felt like we had places all to ourselves. Would recommend this place for year-round travel. Thank you Gregg and Family for letting us stay in your cozy piece of history. Docs Hideaway in Gills Rock is awesome!
