Enjoy a real Amsterdam experience in the heart of the Jordaan. This sun-drenched corner apartment of 38m2 is close to action but on a quiet street where you feel a world away from the busy center. Only a 400m walk to Anne Frank house and historical canals, 15 minutes walk to Dam Square and a multitude of great bars and restaurants within meters. With one good sized double bedroom and large bathroom that are separate from the open living space, this house is either ideal for long or short stays.

Quietly located upper (4th) floor studio apartment in the Jordaan district is this cosy place for 2, with a fully fitted kitchen. It’s in a typical Amsterdam building so reaching the apartment only by stairs. The apartment is completely private and centered on a comfortably living room with ample seating and a TV. The compact kitchen is great for cooking all sorts of meals, and the bed is elevated can be reached by some stairs (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

Prinsengracht

Beautifully decorated apartment located on the second floor on the famous Prinsengracht in Amsterdam, more center is not possible. A few steps away next to the Anna Frank House. Within walking distance of the Central Station and easily accessible by taxi from Schiphol airport. Indoor parking space under the house can be rented for an additional €80 per day, but please note that reversing into the parking space is not easy.
