There is a Dagli convenience store 500 meters away, and the forest is also just around the corner. There's also a small beach and several shopping options 1.9 miles (3 km) away in Jyllinge. It takes 18 minutes by car / 40 minutes by bus to Roskilde. Copenhagen is 40 minutes by car / 50 minutes by public transportation.

Nice farm shop/cafe in the town (Søsum). 2-3 km to shopping/mall/station in Stenløse and a well-known bakery in Ganløse. A good 5 km to a beautiful swimming lake (Buresø). The apartment is a separate part of the landlord's private villa, so please stay here with respect for the house and surroundings.
