For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Bredsanden which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, which is secluded and is 200 meters from the house. Possibility to fish in Vänern without a fishing license. More information about what to do in beautiful Värmland can be found at Visit Värmland. If you want a little pulse, Karlstad city center is only a 15 minute drive away with restaurants and shopping. Coop grocery store is 8 minutes away by car. Bikes are available. Note the railway goes directly outside, however, it is a bit busy.
