Villa vacation rentals in Edogawa City

Cherry was responsive, friendly, and accommodative. Airbnb was just like the photos and equipped with all the necessary amenities, even a coffee machine with capsules! Approximately an 8 minute walk away from the closest subway station and easily walkable with luggage. Recommended for friends traveling together as the space is cosy and spreads through 3 floors (stairs only). Love that there are 2 showers (heater works great!) and 2 toilets with bidet separately. There’s a local supermarket right next to the Airbnb which was very convenient, convenience stores n drugstores were about 5mins walk away (otw from subway). The rooms had a double-sized(?) floor mattress, n 4 single sized floor mattresses respectively. Area is very quiet and great for rest, soundproofing is relatively okay (faintly hear my snorer friend from next door with the door closed, could hear my friends talking downstairs when I’m at the third floor) but it didn’t bother us much at all. Our stay was excellent! Hanako is very responsive to all your questions. The house is located in a very residential area, however, very close to a great park for kids, excellent restaurants, and a small grocery store nearby.

We LOVED our stay at Asami's house. There are many walkable restaurants and access to the train is fantastically easy. The home fit our family's needs perfectly, with room for our teens upstairs and comfortable bedrooms downstairs, too. The kitchen/living level was an excellent place to gather after a long day of exploring and we felt right at home. Everything was as listed and the user handbook was very helpful, too. The house was perfect for our group of five. Everything that we needed was provided and ready for our stay and the rooms were spacious, starting from hand soap to slippers to water. The hosts were really responsive and the house was in a great location. Highly recommend for your stay in Tokyo.

Amazing stay and our host was awesome. Our host offered to help us set up getting a ride from the airport which was incredibly helpful after the 13 hour flight. Then he met us at the place showed us how to get in and work the appliances. The house was amazing and close to a great 7-11 and about 15-20 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Great place to stay for anyone and especially for fellow tourists.

If you have the opportunity to rent this house, do it! Amazing location, spacious accommodations, and wonderful host.

One of the bigger Airbnbs we have stayed in this Trip. Spacious common area with tatami room, living room, and dining table. Everything was super clean and well-kept.

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

We were very impressed with how clean the house was. We stayed with a family of 5 and found that there was more than enough space. The location is close to the station which made it easy to travel from and to the airport as well as anywhere we wanted to visit. The best thing about our stay was how helpful the host was. They were very responsive and answered any questions we had as this was our first time visiting Japan. 100% recommend and we would definitely rebook if we were to visit again.
