Akira’s home was spacious and accommodated our family of 11 comfortably. Lot’s of restaurants and shops nearby away from the hustle and bustle of other busy tourist type streets. We loved the neighborhood and even got a facial at a sweet aunty’s shop just a few steps away. We felt like we were at home. Thank you!

大変お世話になりました。とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。本や雑誌で見ていたとはいえ、やはり実際に体感してみて納得の連続でした。東京なのに穏やかで、とても暮らしやすいと感じました。スミレアオイハウスはありきたりな言葉ですが、とても居心地が良く、手触りが良く、程よい空間で25年前に本を読んで感動した時の感覚がリアルに蘇り、さらに肌感覚で素晴らしさを体感できました。本当にゲストハウスにされたことを心から感謝します。体験させていただき本当にありがとうございました。

The host is very reaponsive and friendly, the place is accessable in many form of transportation. 15-16mins walk from shinozaki n mizue station. lots of nearby convenience store, restaurant, pharmacy and big grocery store and donki.

The price for what you get is amazing and the area which the place is in is amazing good restaurants with good prices and local foods. The Train station is close to get to and good train lines to not make switches when you move about Tokyo. Hongsheng was responsive when something broke in the bathroom, it got fixed within two hours which is amazing. Thanks for a great stay! Will be in the back of my mind if I revisit with a large group again.

房間非常乾淨整潔，設備齊全，床鋪也非常舒適。地點方便，附近有超商和餐廳，交通也很便利。入住和退房流程順暢，屋主非常親切熱心，讓人感到溫暖。整體住宿體驗非常愉快，如果下次再來這一帶，一定會再選擇這裡！

This trip was extremely unexpected. Actually its really peaceful town and cozy. Suitable for big group stay and those who has small luggage. Since this trip we got elderly tagged along so it quite difficult to access to taxi nearby but we still recommend for the big group travel and drive yourself so the house also have parking space available fit for 1 vehicle 🚗

It was a very enjoyable stay. Minutes to stores, and train station, and many local food options close by but we didn't get to explore due returning late and have had meal elsewhere

Just as the pictures show, a very nice place for traveling couple like us! The place is clean, and location is convenient with a metro station and a convenience store. Coin laundry at 1st floor is helpful too.

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Tokyo! The location was perfect—close to Koiwa train station but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotless and felt very well cared for. I especially appreciated the bathroom—it was modern, clean, and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. feels like home. train station is near. parking lot was bit far but its ok. 5 min walk is not a big issue. Super market is near by. I enjoyed staying here. Thank you

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Yuki was very communicative, willing to help, and gave great suggestions and instructions. The place was clean and in a good area. My family and I would stay here again if we were in the area!

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

10min walk to Aoto Station. Really great place super peaceful and quiet at night. A nice place to recharge after going to a lot of tourist places that is crowded. We booked the 1st floor so no problem. Really nice
