Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ob einkaufen, Kaffee, Restaurant, Bus, Bahnhof, shopping usw... ...von hier aus kannst du die ganze Region optimal erkunden. With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

"Max" in the wellness oasis with sauna/hot tub

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is completely made of wood and very cozy, in the middle of nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove in the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress storage above the kitchen (10 sqm mezanin). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small woods all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available.

Holiday home Fortmüller

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
