I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Nice 2.5 room apartment for 2 people maximum, in a small building with character, high ceilings, quiet. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place close to shops (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.), restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops for public transport (metro and buses). Lakefront apartment
