Ons fijne appartement bevindt zich op 10 minuten van het centrum van Roermond en outletcentrum en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het beschikt over een ruime slaapkamer met Norma boxspring bedden, een luxe badkamer (incl. wasmachine) en zonnige woonkamer met open keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur. Ook een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd. Ook geschikt voor zakelijk verblijf met een prima wifiverbinding.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Appartement ligt aan de dorpsgrens. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien als Wifi, airco, een afsluitbare berging voor bijv. fietsen. Een parkeerplek voor de auto met 230 Volt voor autolader is voor het huis beschikbaar. Appartement is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandel- of fietsroutes in de bossen/velden, of ga richting de Maasplassen. Steden als Roermond, Sittard of even de grens over richting Duitsland of België kan allemaal binnen een straal van 15 km.
