Best of both worlds! This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

Welcome to the yeehaw suite. A newly renovated home, luxury cotton sheets, with an excelllent mattress. Sleep is important to me and achieving an elevated space for that was key for my guests. A combination of vintage and new interiors giving inspiration for each day. Spacious and comfortable was vital. This 1950s Silverlake Hills home has been lovingly renovated into a cool escape. The main house is a three-bed, two-bath home that features a mix of vintage 50’s appliances and updated, hand-built modern touches. There is an entirely separate lower studio apartment that features a living room with 12-foot-high sliding translucent doors and was featured in Barbara Bestor’s Bohemian Modern coffee table book. The house is close to the best of everything Silver Lake offers.

Erika was such an inviting host! We felt right at home and safe to hangout in the common living areas. Also we asked for recommendations and help navigating the city and Erika DELIVERED! We ended up chatting with her a bunch and were able to enjoy our vacation so much more with her advice. If anyone goes to LA for a visit, I would definitely recommend their place first.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! This is was one of the cleanest, most welcoming place I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was also well-labeled, which made it so easy for me to stay organized throughout my stay. As a dog owner, I was so grateful for how dog-friendly this place is, making the stay even better. One of the highlights was how comfortable I felt walking my dog around the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly, and some even took the time to chat with me. There’s a beautiful park nearby, which was perfect for taking my dog on relaxing walks. I personally fell in love with the pink room. When I first walked in, my heart melted! It was so cute and adorable, and I could feel all the care that went into making it special. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I enjoyed deep, restful sleep every night. The host and the team were so helpful and friendly, which made settling more easy to settle in. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home.

The property was beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with a touch of classic elegance. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of my stay. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was its prime location. Nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills, we were just minutes away from iconic spots like Rodeo Drive, where I indulged in some luxurious shopping, and the stunning Beverly Gardens Park, perfect for morning walks. The neighborhood is peaceful yet vibrant, with plenty of top-rated restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I will book with hamid again

This just an outstanding place Sulma has. Everything you need for a long or short stay is here, just bring your luggage and relax. This clean, beautifully decorated house is also pet(dog) friendly if you have one. Work at home friendly, fast Wi-fi, TV, Washer and dryer. Parking on premises and security cameras. Food, shopping and entertainment are in close proximity. Any questions? Sulma is a good communicator and will make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this Baldwin Park gem destination for your next stay.

Amir’s place is lovely, and he is a very sweet and accommodating host! He provided extras pillows and towels when we asked, and was always responsive and helpful. This place is very comfortable and in a beautiful location. Walking distance to the Hollywood reservoir and Beachwood cafe, doesn’t get better!
