This was a really quiet peaceful place to wind down after the bustle of the city. Its a beautiful space, and the 24/7 security made a really late check in seamless. Juan Carlos was communicative and helpful so would definitely reccomend! The only thing to note is that the living room space has floor to ceiling windows and no curtains so its not the most private. Also taking a shower is hard to do without the plastic curtain sticking to you lol.

Este alojamiento fue fantástico para lo que estábamos buscando fui con mi mamá por dos días a la ciudad y fue un muy buen lugar para hospedarnos, la área es tranquila por la noche, por las mañanas es un buen lugar para recorrer, mi mamá se sintió muy feliz ya que pudo descansar increíble, la cama era muy cómoda, y francisco fue muy amable nos dio indicaciones claras, la comunicación fue excelente.

Supera las expectativas, es incluso mejor que en las fotos y Jose siempre al pendiente por cualquier duda. El personal muy amable y comprensivo para resguardar el equipaje. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita a cdmx 💓

Carla’s place is beautiful and central to so many things. the are is safe and walkable and easy to explore. She even provided a Google Maps folder with local food, and places to visit. no complaints, a lovely place to stay!

We loved our stay at Gerardo’s place in CDMX. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. We were within a 10 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to try. The restaurant next door is also great! The mid-80s afternoon temp was a bit warm without AC, but Gerardo has plenty of fans that kept us cool at night. Saw some people comment on noise from the neighboring restaurant but we barely heard anything in the larger bedroom. There are noise machines if that’s something you’re concerned about. Thank you for everything Gerardo! We’ll be back.

Our hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond and when a section of the neighborhood experienced a power outage. They were proactive by making sure that we had a place to stay if the power company couldn’t restore power. They went above and beyond our expectations and relocated us to an outstanding home that had even more amenities. We felt spoiled. Maria and her team are excellent. We even booked our next trip in January at one of the properties managed by them.

The space was great and spacious just like that picture description, there's two rooms, one with two single beds and one with a full size bed. The kitchen is a great size, they have items if you want to take just a need to replenish. It was exactly what we needed, the right space and location. Once inside the house, there are clear instructions everywhere -what to do with the lights; what to do for the TV; the trash; dirty towels. Can't miss them, making it great reminders before leaving/check-out. Guess restroom -hot water correctly labeled and hot water comes out fast Master restroom -hot water not labeled correctly and takes a bit for the hot water...but not a big issue. If anything, there was a lot of dust and dirt but windows are kept open for air circulation. There is no central air or mini split for air-conditioning, just ceiling fan and natural air flow with window open.

La casa tenía todas las comodidades y servicios anunciados, para un viaje de trabajo como el mío fue el sitio perfecto ya que se encuentra bien ubicado y de fácil acceso para desplazarse.

Hermosa residencia con un patio precioso, buen lugar, muchos cuartos! Perfecto para familias grandes con o sin hijos!

Daniel was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. This place was very spacious and beautifully decorated. I also appreciated the big fans in the master bedroom for when it got a little hot. The place is about 20 min walking to the pyramids and about 15 min walking to the hot air balloons (I would order uber for this if you are unfamiliar with the place).

Such a cute place, we had a great time! Host was very responsive and it's in a great location, walking distance to lots of good restaurants/bars/shopping

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! My son and I had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The house was clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and comfortable beds. We had all the space we needed, and more—it could easily comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably quiet for a big city. There is a large supermarket and a pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, and the center of Coyoacán is an easy 20 minute walk through peaceful tree-lined streets flanked on either side by beautiful homes. Randy and his father-in-law, Pablo, were kind, warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, very attentive to our needs, and provided some thoughtful tips for local restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Mexico City. We'd definitely love to come back!

En mis últimas visitas al Df, elijo quedarme en este departamento y siempre está todo excelente. Muy recomendable

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !
