Monthly Rentals in Eastham

Jack's place was a great spring getaway for our family (2 adults + 2 kids and a grandpa). It is very nicely decorated, spacious and seconds from Kingsbury beach. Nice sea view from the upstairs lounge, the sunsets never disappoint! Unfortunately the weather was still too cold for enjoying the very nice garden at the back.

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. The location was ideal — quiet, close to the downtown area, and with a lovely view. We found the place to be well-stocked and very cozy. We enjoyed playing the baby grand piano and, were the weather better, would’ve certainly enjoyed sitting in the nice yard overlooking the bay. We had a great visit.

Beautiful area, clean apartment, easy access, lots of closet space, nice bathroom and view from small deck. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to bring our own bed linens, towels or beach chairs! A minor critique is the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen?) and a bit more comfortable. overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it! A great value! If we had to find fault, the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen) and a bit more comfortable.

The Breeze cottage was great! Very clean, quiet, and in a great location near our favorite beaches. Tara is a great host. During our stay we had an issue with the toilet, and it was taken care of by nice people within 30 minutes! We would definitely stay there again!
