Most certainly a vintage place, including the appliances like the oven and the stove (but slightly more modern when it came to things like air conditioning), very 70s. A spacious lounge room and outdoor furniture was very comfortable on a nice warm day.

Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!

Such a lovely place to stay, the backyard with the deck and outdoor shower is such a nice way to end a beach day! Our dog loved the backyard almost as much as he loved the beach!

The cottage was beautiful and peaceful. So close to cafes, restaurants, Woolworths and clothing shops. Conveniently located! Enjoyed the trees outside which housed birds that was lovely to wake up to. Di and Floyd were wonderful hosts and made sure we were comfortable. Loved Floyd’s homemade chilli! Every room was cosy and was so happy that they had nightlights that turns on and off automatically. Very useful for our 4 year old son when he needed to use the bathroom at night. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed having a sauna around the corner and a spa (although we didn’t get to use the spa as we were quite busy). Toddler enjoyed being able to play and run around the property which gave him the same freedom as back home. Would definitely recommend and come back to the cottage! Hopefully, we use the spa next time.

Every member of our group agreed that our stay at Sharon’s was so peaceful and relaxing. Such a fantastic location, which was close to town. It provided everything we needed and more to serve not only as a base for us to go explore the beautiful area, but to spend time unwinding. Was homely and accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. We had a fantastic BBQ on the back deck and a movie afternoon too! We had a great time and would not hesitate to book here again.

Fantastic and well laid out property with plenty of space and in an amazing location. Really enjoyed having coffees and breakfast on the verandah. Great beach access in a quiet and peaceful location with plenty of wildlife around. Darren our host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

We had a beautiful stay in our cabin, super private and felt far away from everything but only a short drive to anywhere we needed to go. The wildlife around was also a highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend and would come back here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Bungalow, it was so beautiful and peaceful. Even with the train as close as it was, we never felt bothered by it. The view is outstanding and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine was bliss. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable! We particularly liked the supplied shampoo and conditioner, normally I don't pay attention to that but it smelled fantastic, we looked into buying the same one for home. Thanks for a perfect stay. (We also got to pat a bunch of golden retrievers, which was a total plus!)

What a beautiful home and location. Private yet close to local amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Iluka Tree House. The home is surrounded with gorgeous trees and a lush garden. The property was extremely clean and furnished beautifully. We would highly recommend a stay in this gorgeous house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s place. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Although the weather didn’t cooperate most days and we couldn’t make use of the lovely fire pit, the property still offered a cozy, secluded, and homey atmosphere that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We'd love to come back—hopefully with better weather next time!

My husband and I stayed at Eagle's Nest for one night to break our drive from Melbourne to Sydney. It was a really cute tiny home with luxurious fittings and toiletries. We specially loved the very comfortable bed mattress. We woke up fresh, energised and ready to start the next half of our journey. Thank you so much, Luke and Tash!

Airlie Bungalows are great ans we would for sure pick them again for our stay in Airlie Beach. Location is great, everything is walking distance away (beach, shop, swimming lagoon, bars and restaurants). The apartments are very good looked after, they are clean and very well equipped. The terrace is really nice, private and with a green surrounding. Marty and Candice shared all the needed information in advance and where fast responsive over the messages when needed. 10/10!

The accommodation and surrounding gardens are beautiful, a supremely impressive property all round. Very private, heaps of outdoor space with lots of thoughtful and varied spots to relax in and soak up the serenity. The indoors were equally impressive, very well designed and beautifully appointed. Not a single negative to my stay, the opposite in fact, my expectations comfortably exceeded. It was lovely to meet my hosts Georgie and Andrew and I really appreciated, and thoroughly enjoyed, the generous tour of the property with Andrew. The work you guys have done on the property is extremely impressive. Can’t recommend the place enough. Thanks guys! I’ll be back!! Davy

We enjoyed 2 nights at Tumbi Orchard for our Babymoon (ahead of baby #2). We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing spot to catch up on sleep and generally feel very relaxed. Fiona and Dean have impeccable taste and spared no expense on quality furnishings, down to their plates and cutlery matching the lux colour scheme. The bath overlooking greenery was delightful. The bed very comfy. And the fire heater a nice option for that romantic touch. Only a short drive from The Entrance, Long Jetty and lots of great restaurant options - definitely check out Carne & Cucina. Fiona and Dean responded within minutes but managed to stay out of our way to give us full privacy. Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay! It is the perfect place to relax away from the city for a couple of days. The property is right in the heart of the Yarra Valley so it was a short drive to countless wineries and activities!

We had very good stay at this place They were very helpful and friendly Best part of the trip was a wood fired BBQ and thanks to Joe for helping us with this Highly recommend this place

The farmhouse was a lovely place to stay with my sons and nephews. They could run and explore, and loved the animals and the treehouse. The cottage had everything we needed, my favourite - being mid winter - was the fireplace and electric blanket. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn’t eat out once. The outside bath added to the rustic experience. Susan was very helpful and was so quick to respond to questions. Thanks Susan.

This was a great little place, close to all aspects of the peninsula so a great base . serene, and quiet. Spa and BBQ area an added bonus . Appropriate environment to rest and recharge, close to the ocean beach , perfect for grounding oneself. Thank you

Thank you Jon!! An absolutely perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of normal life! Jon’s communication and directions were clear, concise and easy to follow. The tiny home is perfectly appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The addition of camping chairs and blankets for the fire was a welcome touch! The feed for the sheep was put to good use, and enjoyed the company of my wooly friends. Perfect stay! Thank you!!!

This place was exceptional. Delightful architecture with a gorgeous vista - we just loved watching clouds drift over the beautiful green hinterland from the huge deck, not a soul around. We felt like we were in our own beautiful little world that we were very reluctant to leave. Waking up in the mist and the birdsong was such a balm for the soul. We also loved jumping in the great bathtub watching the sunset over rolling green hills, and the kids loved setting a fire in the fire pit. The festoon lights on the deck, the lovely cushions and beds, the great little blue tooth sound system, the excellent coffee machine - the hosts have thought of everything. We look forward to coming back.

If you are seeking an 'off road' location (to get there), THEN, this is the place to stay & relax. Water View Cottage is well appointed and for the most part was quite clean (albeit, the Oven hadn't been cleaned for weeks and no one apparently checks for blown light globes). If you are visiting during Spring / Summer, be sure to pack extra Fly / Bug Spray (the cans provided were 'EMPTY') as having the Doors open attracts a plethora of flies & mozzies as there are no Screen Doors. The Accommodation is very comfortable & spacious (for 2 Adults with small dog) and the location is so peaceful.

The quirky oasis was fabulous Unfortunately, the outdoor shower was not instructed well enough, despite so many instructions about everything else, and 24 hours without communication on how it worked . Ordinarily it would not matter but I had my grandson with me and we needed the shower. The place is basic but very LR appropriate. I’m a regular visitor to the Ridge and really loved the view.
