Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

We stayed for 2 days and it was very comfort stay. The house is well decorated and equipped with all required amenities, the best part of the house was the glass shed in living room with chimney that has added the wonderful experience in the evening to chill out and relax, I would like to thanks to service staff they provided exceptional service and was just a call away. The caretaker family of Mark did wonderful job and the food they cooked was of best quality & taste. Overall value for money and worth spending time at this property.

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Our stay at the Treehouse in Ella was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The place is made entirely of wood and gives you that authentic treehouse feel - it’s cozy, rustic, and perfect if you’re looking for something unique. It’s about a 7-minute ride to the main happening spots in Ella, and the hosts can easily arrange tuk-tuks for you. The views from the treehouse are absolutely magical, especially when the mist rolls in and covers the mountain tops. You can even spot the train passing by in the distance, which adds to the charm. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom didn’t have a jet spray and the door couldn’t be locked, which was a bit inconvenient. There were also no curtains on the front glass door, which compromised a bit on privacy. Still, the charm and uniqueness of this place made it worth it - it felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Definitely a stay to remember!

Every other five star I've given pales in comparison to this place! Highlight of our whole Sri Lankan trip. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, probably the best food we have eaten in Sri Lanka. The whole family was so friendly and helpful and Romeni and Grace even gave us a cooking demonstration. The hike through the cloud forest with Lal is also fantastic. The accommodation is very peaceful, we were sad to leave! Thankyou again.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage direkt an einem menschenleeren Traumstrand. Man kann den Fischern bei der Arbeit zusehen und auf der erhöhten Terrasse unter Sonnenschutz entspannt aufs Meer blicken, was ein Highlight war. Das Team um Kasthuri war herzlich, hat täglich gereinigt und war bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle (Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle!). Auch Kian und Janah waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sehr schnell reagiert. Zusätzlich gab es ausreichend Informationen zu Aktivitäten wie Whale Watching etc. Besonders angenehm: kostenloses, kaltes Wasser und Frühstück. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die süßen Streifenhörnchen, die uns mit ihrer stillen Präsenz den Aufenthalt versüßt haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Ort absolut empfehlen! Very nicely decorated villa and beautiful surroundings. The care takers, especially David, were very friendly and helpful. The villa is located in a sort of a gated community, a bit away from the Digana town. If you wish to go out for your meals the only option is the club house. Otherwise, the care takers will cook for you if you give the veggies.
