I felt very safe, I had natural music in the morning with the birds in the window. The place is quiet and Doña Marta is a sweetheart, she made me cry when we said goodbye, very responsible and she gets acquainted quickly. I would come back without hesitation. Thank you, Mr. Marta.

Beautiful place and great location

Ruben and his wife, Yasmin are friendly and kind. We stayed in #301; there were 1 single and 1 double bed. Walls are thin and we heard neighbor's tv and talking. Wifi for emails was ok but too slow to conduct work meetings. Good hot water pressure; had to sit sideways on the toilet. The mattress in the bedroom sunk in, too soft. This place is 1 block away from main square and noise from cars/dogs are inevitable. Expect barking even past midnight. Note that washer and dryer aren't in the unit. At first, it was confusing about laundry since Ruben said it wasn't included. However, after some conversation, it was provided for free. The only inconvenience is you got to plan accordingly. Terrace with 3 hammocks on 4th floor where you can see the Rock. Tuk tuk to the Rock was 12K COP. Several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. They also helped with getting a car to Medellin airport for 150K COP, about the same as Uber. Gooe for a short stay!

5 stars. Clean. First class. Looks like the pictures. Plenty of extra linens. Confortable bed. Full amenities in the bathroom Outstanding buiding security. Identification required for all who enter. Excelllent restaurant on 4th floor right next to the pool. Gym is adequate and functional. Pool is open until 10pm. This may be the best Airbnb stay that I have ever had.

If you’re looking for a local feel away from most tourists places like Poblao then this is your place! It’s a walkable distance from La Setenta, the soccer stadium, outside gym and metro. The room is spacious for singles and perfect for couples anything more would be a crowd. The rooftop deck has AMAZING views. You can see and hear futbol games & concerts from the rooftop at estadio. The front desk attendant was nice to have for security as well. Overall, que chimbaaa vibras!! 🫶 Book it!

Cristian was amazing. I don’t know where to start. He had great security and housekeepers. Anyone who is concerned about safety and security while in Colombia should book with Cristian. We arrived late from the airport. He organized a car service for us that was exceptional. We used them throughout the trip. The security guards in the building went out and got us food late night when everywhere else was closed and referred us to some amazing restaurants that we enjoyed. They also looked after us during the trip and checked in with us regularly. We felt like private VIPs. The place is centrally located. It is safe and secure. It is like a mini Fortress within the city. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. There were no bugs or insects anywhere. It was immaculate. We would definitely stay again. And I would highly recommend Cristian’s place to anyone who wants a safe and secure fun vacation. Excellent in all elements!

it's my second time at Ana Maria's place in Medellin, and it was a great one again. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Ana Maria was a friendly and helpful host, always responsive to my messages and to my needs. Overall, I had a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Would recommend!

A very conveniently located, clean accommodation, it is the same as advertised. Close to the metro station and the stadium. Easy check-in and check-out.

The apartment is just as shown in the ad, it is in a very strategic location literally in the heart of Guatapé, close to a lot of shops and restaurants ... BUT BEWARE, if you stay for a weekend, it is very close to bars and restaurants with loud music - it is the only drawback I found with the place but it has nothing to do with the apartment itself or the host. I really enjoyed the place and would go back to this apartment! Guatapé is a beautiful city that is worth taking the time to explore every corner

Very clean apart as well entire building. Very secure building with many cameras and felt very good in this building. I will definitely come back again in the near future for sure. thank you very much for the stay in Yorlady, Rionegro is a nice municipality and with a very friendly people, the apartment is ideal for a family of 3 or 4 members. Comfortable and very good to rest, the location is 15 minutes walk from the terminal or the center. I would stay there again.
