A perfect and central place to spend a stay in the Poblado area. We were very impressed that despite being in the middle of businesses and main roads, we didn't hear the city noises during the day and night; so we could rest peacefully. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. We will definitely stay at this Airbnb again on a future visit to Medellin! Thank you so much!

Excellent place to stay if you just want to sleep after a long day of hiking, work and/or sightseeing... Personally, I find the room a bit dark to be in during the day! But it really is a nice and quiet place... very private and safe! Laura is a very nice person...very attentive!

Would highly recommend Arvum to those visiting Guatapé! The location is very beautiful, right on a farm where ingredients for the meals at the restaurant are grown. We enjoyed some of the best dishes on our trip here! Juan Felipe and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts as well. While unfortunately the lake was inaccessible from the hotel due to the current drought, Juan Felipe went above and beyond to get us out on the complimentary kayaks/paddle boards close by. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an oasis inside with fabulous space, a dreamy terrace, very clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly attentive staff. Great value for the money. We hope to stay here again.

The room features a spacious bed with a neutral-toned coverlet and decorative cushions. Framed artwork depicting riders on camels adorns the wall above the bed. Two bedside lamps provide soft lighting, complemented by the intricate floor tiles and warm wall colors.

The team at the hotel was very accommodating, attentive, friendly, top tier staff. Made us feel heard. The neighbors were being loud and they were proactive about it. We loved the provided complimentary amenities such as kayaking.

Excellent hotel in Caldas, I couldn't ask for something better. Excellent attention from the end to the end. Coffee and delicious donuts every morning, super central location, excellent for the purposes of my trip. 100% recommended and I would always come back.

Great place! The shared bathroom was always spotless and felt very comfortable. The place has lockers to store luggage for an additional cost, which was excellent for check-out. The area has a lot of shopping nearby and the metro is a 20-minute walk away, which is excellent for getting around the city.

Rau was incredibly helpful and responsive. We wanted to use the jacuzzi in the morning before checking out and he went out of his way to make it happen. The cleaner was also super friendly and kind. Great value place!
