Very quiet place, Mrs. Mariela is very friendly and attentive. The estate is very cozy, many free spaces and with the privacy we were looking for.

We had a very pleasant week with Eduardo and his family at Villa Amparo. The site is absolutely beautiful. Very secluded, we came by bus from Bogota (11am) and left by bus to Medellin (4am). The place is ideal for hikes, horseback riding and being in peace. The nearest village, La Merced, is charming and very authentic, an hour's walk or 15 minutes by Jeep that you can book. The bedrooms and the bathroom are rustic but you spend your time outside so it's not inconvenient. The whole family took great care to ensure our stay went smoothly. It should be noted that meals must be prepared by Eduardo who offers local cuisine. We highly recommend this place to spend an authentic time in an exceptional setting.

The accommodation is an incredible place, it is remarkable that its hosts take pains to keep it spotless and comfortable, super quiet and beautiful landscapes, ideal for family and pet sharing. We had a great time every day of the stay.

If you are looking for an out of the way escape from the city and a real country or “finca” experience, this is your place. However, I would recommend driving or renting an SUV with decent ground clearance. The place is very easy to find with Waze GPS or Google Maps by searching “Hato the Farm”. No four wheel drive needed, but the dirt road to the place has spots where a low car will definitely scrap bottom if you’re not careful. The dirt road is maintained and used by the municipality and locals, so it’s not impassible. We rented a car at the airport to get there, and everything went well, but if you’re not used to dirt roads and winding roads, this will be a learning experience! :-) The place itself was an open floor plan with plenty of space to sleep 12+ people. Everything was clean and well maintained and the local caretaker (Sonia) was extremely sweet and helpful for all our needs. If you’re lucky and nice enough :-) , she can point you to local spots for swimming and hiking that are off the beaten path and empty of people, but full of amazing views, cold mountain water for swimming, and a true Colombian countryside experience that was enjoyable and as safe as any place I’ve visited. The local tienda (general store) will deliver without cost of delivery for whatever food and drink you need, although tipping the delivery boy is a good idea. The property had many different varieties of fruit trees, which we were invited to pick for super and delicious fresh orange juice in the morning or whatever else you can pick. Overall, staying in Manuel’s place was an amazing and relaxing experience and we will return and rent the place again! Although, we’ll make sure to get a vehicle with higher ground clearance for the road up.

The place is very nice and ideal to rest peacefully. Mrs. Diana was very attentive to the questions asked and Mr. Fernando's service was excellent. The place is recommended without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private getaway! The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, they came right away to help us. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a chill, nature-filled escape. The only downside was that the water in the shower was quite cold.

Spectacular, just like posting. The internet works perfect. Gloria was always very caring to help us with everything, giving us advice and making the stay very pleasant. Everything is available, we use kitchen, car, laundry and horses. Horses are beautiful, and walking in them is an experience of not getting lost. The partners in the house were very nice and helpful. Definitely to go back to family or friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful Airbnb! The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it very comfortable and easy to enjoy our time there. Eduardo and Bibiana, the hosts, were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to all our needs, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was amazing and provided a perfect way to relax, and the family dogs brought so much joy to our 2-year-old—they were a delightful addition to the experience! Eduardo's guidance and recommendations were invaluable, leading us to discover some truly spectacular places nearby. We were also touched by their generosity. The weather couldn't have been better, allowing us to fully enjoy not just the pool but also the stunning waterfalls and river in the area. The cabin is very nice, it is fully equipped for the stay. The kitchen is very complete. It is a quiet place, you hear a little noise from some neighbors when they make parties, but it is not constant, as I understand. The care of Verónica, the girl who received us, was very good. She was overdue for our stay.

It's a quiet place, with an amazing view. Everything was perfect, we're grateful.

It was an excellent choice. The cabin is located in a place like few others, rural, traditional, surrounded by beautiful mountains, farmers, roads that make you forget about the congested streets of the city, cozy warmth, not having a TV was the best, a house with everything you need, in addition to the kindness and quality of the person who showed us to be Jhon, at the exit he gave us flowers and lettuce from his garden. It was actually a very nice experience to be there and definitely to be repeated.

Everything was Amazing of the Property. Very Peaceful and Quite. My only complaint is the 3 minute dirt road to the property that it is much better with a 4X4 than a regular car like we had. I recommend taking a 4x4 small to big SUV so you dont get stuck in the mud, especially if it rains like what happened to us.

Jose's home was fantastic. The home itself is beautiful, but it's the location, views, and surrounding nature that make it truly special. I highly recommend it.

I could sum up our experience as ¡Maravillosa! The estate is beautiful, quiet, very clean, comfortable and tidy. Our entire stay was filled with unforgettable moments and we enjoyed them from start to finish. Our children were safe and happy in the contact with nature, the landscape, the pets, the corral animals, the playground and the paths to tour the countryside. The location is close to access roads, shops, restaurants and fun. The host team is friendly, respectful, and very attentive to respond quickly to any requests. We were attended and guided from the beginning of the reservation, which I value and thank you very much. We would definitely come back many times to this adorable place. Thank you very much!!

The place is very nice... a spectacular estate... with perfect surroundings and good space for children.

Maribel is super dear, it made us feel like we were at a family member's house. He was attentive to us the whole time, he got us the numbers of nearby homes and contacts for us to wash horses to walk the kids, he accommodated a toy room for my son with details to draw, and he left us the cotillion to celebrate the new year. The estate is ideal for spending a few quiet days with family, it is a very nice place.

We loved our stay at this property in El Carmen de Viboral. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and with a very careful design. The house is cozy and the environment is very quiet, ideal for disconnecting and resting. Our dog also had an amazing time - the space is spacious and completely fenced with decorative shrubs, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We were able to enjoy the outdoors, the peace of the place and the sound of nature. We would definitely love to come back. Thanks for this beautiful experience!
