The Annex

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

The Studio at Kennet House : a historic home

A spacious & comfortable Studio. Self contained & private. The Studio is part of the historic ‘Listed’ Grade II* Kennet House, built in 1701 by the Bishop of Oxford, nestled near the village pond, the church & the village pub. The Studio is an airy, calm space: Kitchenette & table 3 seater sofa & smart TV King size bed & dressing table Bathroom: bath with a shower Washing machine, iron & board Entrance hallway: ideal for bikes & boots. The Studio is on the first floor via a private staircase.

We can offer bike storage (we are opposite the entrance to Sustrans R45 cycle path to Salisbury). Ideally situated for exploring The Ridgeway/Avebury and The Cotswolds. Great Western Hospital (2.6 miles), Nationwide H.O. (4.6 Miles), Outlet Village/Steam Museum (6.2 Miles) and Marlborough (7 Miles). Farm Shop and Village pubs short walk away

The Coach House

The Coach house is a cosy retreat on a working farm. A king-sized brass bed and beautiful linens add a romantic feel to the bedroom and throughout the property a traditional style has been retained offering comfort and quality. Surrounded by the pretty South Oxfordshire countryside on the edge of the villages of Ardington and Lockinge. Fully equipped spacious open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen (includes microwave and washer/dryer), double bedroom, bathroom (with shower attachment).

Our annex is in the heart of Oxfordshire a perfect space to unwind and relax. in a beautiful area of the village surrounded by fields and brooks. close to all amenities and Williams, Grove Technology park, Milton park, Harwell, Didcot, and Oxford, Frilford golf club and Drayton park golf club. with a 7 minute walk to the bus stop offering direct route to Wantage, Didcot and Oxford. If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

The Stable Loft, Oxfordshire

A beautiful, secluded apartment, the Stable Loft has been lovingly restored into the perfect countryside retreat. The Loft is tucked away by a stream on the edge of a pretty village boasting beautiful scenery, lovely walks and an award-winning pub. Nestled at the foot of the Ridgeway, Letcombe Regis is the perfect location for walking or cycling holidays, as well as a wonderful spot for those who want some peace, quiet and culture, with the historic city of Oxford less than 20 miles away.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

Studio in townhouse, kitchen, ensuite, garden

A self-contained studio suite with private kitchenette, en-suite shower room and garden on the step-free ground floor of our townhouse home. The studio is 5 mins walk to Wantage Sq. The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays.

Secluded & Quiet Coach House

An original Coach House - in the heart of Ramsbury, a quintessential English village. 5 miles from Hungerford, Marlborough & M4 junction 14. The house is in our quiet garden, with your own private access from the street. It is spacious, light & recently decorated. Ramsbury is a stunning village on the river Kennet which is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
