Serena’s place is cosy, very accommodating and is easy access to beaches, the river and local amenities. The loaf of sourdough, bottle of milk and Easter chocolate upon arrival was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Serena.

A great location with the perfect place for a relaxed beach holiday. The beach if a little bit of a walk if you have little ones or boards but once there it is like having your own private beach! Peter was an amazing host and would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Chris and Carolyn’s property in Empire Vale. The home was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing escape. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Chris and Carolyn were kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond if I needed anything. You can really feel the care they put into hosting. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the area. We stayed at Karen’s place during a trip to Bluesfest! 15min drive to Ballina for coffe and beach walks and 35mins (ish) to Bluesfest! Perfect for us, as we like to escape the hustle bustle at the end of a day and retreat to a bit of quiet! Karen was super friendly and responsive and I loved havin daily Airbnb doggos to pat and play with! Beautiful spot, close to the river for beautiful sunsets! Would recommend for a chill comfortable getaway!
