Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

The apartment was very clean. The furniture was comfy and the place looked newly renovated. Everything was great. The only downfall was that the walls were super thin. Voices traveled from one end to the other, upstairs and downstairs.

Kimberly is such an amazing host; my guest and I enjoyed every moment of our time here. Photos are 100% accurate. --Such a pristine experience, do not hesitate to book with her… you won’t regret it!

A very cute home! It’s just like home and so cozy. Extremely clean. And OMG we love the shower lol. It’s not too far from the city. We went to the Governs Ball which we definitely recommend!! Really close to the subways and other transportation. Hosts were very friendly and responsive!

This place is just excellent!! A large terrace with nice view to the Hudson River right in front of you. Beautiful surrounding. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. And the bathroom is big with 3 showers at the same time 🙂 Would love to come back. Thank you!

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

Our host was proactive and stayed in contact from beginning to end. The home was as pictured, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were COMFORTABLE! This was a great home and it satisfied all our needs. A special thanks to our hosts, they were a pleasure.

We had a great stay. We were up for an Adelphi graduation. This was a great location close to the school and the LIRR station. Very nice house with a great back yard and deck for hanging out.

This space was great for a weekend getaway. Cherise is very responsive to anything that was needed all weekend.

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. The communication was clear and informative, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The house itself? Absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we needed clean, and spacious with a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. But what truly blew us away was the personal touch: the fridge was fully stocked for us before we arrived, and anything we needed, they had already anticipated. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort the way they did. This was more than just a stay it was an experience. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend this property to anyone and everyone. If you’re considering booking—do it. You won’t regret it!

The good: The house was a perfect home base for air show weekend, less than 15 mins from Jones Beach State Park with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The backyard was large enough for our boys to throw the ball, decently private. The house was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to cook family meals. Lots of space to spread out. Interesting decor. Mirror walls abound! The things to know before booking: As others mentioned, it is located on a corner with a VERY busy highway running behind the backyard, but the windows and doors do a good enough job blocking the noise. Cushions on the patio furniture would make it that much better for hanging on the deck. One of the sleeping options is a futon-sofa with no padding, good for a teenager or young kid but maybe not ideal for older folks. Master bath features a deep soaking tub that is a little tricky to step in and out of. Overall a great stay with no major issues! Thanks for having us!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! I stayed here with my mom and I must say that upon our arrival it was effortless to find the designated parking spot and the apartment. The instructions with pictures were very helpful and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any of my questions. We found the apartment very clean and it just felt right at home for us. Super comfortable couch and beds too. 10/10 would come back if I am in that area again. Thank you Trish!

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!
