Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

Lovely private open plan studio in glorious surroundings beneath the South Downs. It is light, airy and very peaceful with stunning views and a private outside seating area. A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. There is a celebrated pub, The Three Horseshoes, within walking distance serving great food and local beers. The Old Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc
