Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Outside Easterton village up on the hill with spectacular views of Salisbury Plain, stunning sunsets, no light pollution and quiet at night. Close to many interesting sites. The property is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is small but we lacked for nothing during our stay. The lounge is very cosy and homely. The bedroom is generously proportioned and again very comfortable. The property provides a fantastic base from which to enjoy Wiltshire, whether by foot (Avebury, Windmill Hill, Silbury Hill and the Ridgeway all being within a reasonable hike) or by car with Marlborough being close and a good choice in eateries being within a short drive. Diana is a fantastic host and was very welcoming and engaging throughout our stay, with good advice on local places to eat, shop or walk/hike. We felt very welcome during our stay which made it really quite special.

we had a lovely stay, the house was immaculate & well worth the money. great location for seeing the various prehistoric sites of Wiltshire. Olivia was lovely & always responsive for questions, or to provide recommendations. My kids are already asking for us to stay there again!

Catherine's place is cute and charming. The best part is the bed - it's big and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on in a very long time! The place has pretty much everything you could need, along with some fresh extras like milk, bread, juice and eggs. We wished we were able to stay a bit longer to really get to enjoy the place :) Catherine was so lovely to communicate with - we had a couple of conversations during our stay and really we could not ask for a better host :) Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at this gorgeous cottage. Rachel was so helpful with recommendations where to eat and shop and the house is so well equipped with really comfy beds and quality bed linen. We ate at the village pub one night which was excellent. A great place to stay.

A slice of heaven with a cherry on the top, called Sarah. I visited The Studio for 3 days in need of a rest. From the sunny welcome, to the moment you set eyes on The Studio, you can feel your shoulders dropping. It felt like home from the moment I stepped inside. Sitting outside on the gorgeous patio or from inside, the space is filled with bird song. Sarah is the fairy dust that makes it such a special place, I really did not want to leave.

My wife, I and our 7 year old, stayed here while visiting friends in the area. The building is quirky and has been modernised to a good standard. Both the toilets, the shower and kitchen were pristine. Kitchen was well provisioned with utensils should you need to use it for more than making drinks. The property makes a great base for a weekend or more exploring the locality.
