Phil was a great host. Super friendly, helpful and flexible. The rental was quiet with plenty of tvs and a ton of channels. All amenities needed for mid to long term stay including shared laundry with notice. Phil was flexible enough to work with me as I was looking for a permanent place during a relocation. He was willing to let me extend my stay if needed and checked in with me before booking the next renter. Thanks a lot Phill. Would definitely recommend Phills place and would stay again if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Quiet and peaceful place close to shops and the ocean. Conveniently located for the highway and train to NYC. Stephanie is quick to respond to messages, very responsive and maintains privacy. We loved everything! Clean, comfortable and cozy. We recommend it to everyone! I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.

Our stay was perfect at Scott's place, we felt right at home, everything matches the description and photos. The patio fire pit is a great option to relax while getting some fresh air. I would definitely recommend Scott's place to anyone. Everything was excellent.
