We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

We had a restful stay. Easy to find and park. Pamela’s communication was excellent and we felt welcome and at home. The facilities were everything we needed and more. The area is lovely and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We very much hope to return next time we are in the area, and would recommend to anyone.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Matthew and his family are wonderful hosts that go well out of their way to accommodate their guest. If you need a home away from home then this place offers a beautiful rest bite from busy life. Super close to restaurants and London but far enough away to feel like you are on holiday. I can’t recommend enough and will definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay at Lynda’s Airbnb, from the moment I arrived, Lynda was a fantastic host she was extremely warm, welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and she even provided some great recommendations for local spots. The space itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for a short stay. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, tea,coffee and even some wine. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying at Lynda’s place if you're visiting London.

Stephen and Stefanie were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We have two young children and there was a wonderful playroom to keep them occupied. Amenities were easy to use and clean. Would definitely come back!

David and Lisa made us feel very welcome. The room was ready way before check in. The place was spotless and extremely comfortable. There were toiletries and refreshments including bottled water, tea and coffee that we were so glad for. The room was decorated so lovely and the attention to detail really shows. It was within walking distance to the shops and restaurants which was very good. We would jump at the chance to stay here again.

A wonderful stay in beautiful, peaceful garden setting! Exactly what we were looking for as a family, a quick hop in a cab to the station and couple of fab days sightseeing in London! The accommodation was unique, spotless and spacious and our hosts were welcoming and attentive! Everything was perfect and just as described, we would highly recommend! Thank you Dana and Benjamin!!

The property was very clean and had all that I needed for one night’s stay. I was staying for work in the area so I just needed a place to sleep, and it was perfect for that. I did not need to explore the area so can’t comment on the location facilities or attractions. Elizabeth is really lovely and communicated well with me leading up to my arrival.

Louise was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. I’d booked this for my wife and my sisters for their bridal shower event. The space was exactly as in the images and spacious. Spotless with a massive hot tub, even an arcade machine game PAC-MAN. The kitchen came equipped with everything you could need and the space was perfect for their pictures. Perfect for a girls event, extremely pleased and will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Louise.

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

We felt very at home in Phillippa’s excellent annex. It was all the little extra touches including flowers on the dining table that made it so welcome. Everything we needed was there are we recommend it to anyone considering staying here.

Lovely location and perfect space for a relaxing getaway

Truly an outstanding! Went for a trip to legoland and experience Windsor. Fantastic customer service throughout and everyone was extremely welcome. Made my whole party feel extremely welcome, especially my two year old son! We spent a magic weekend in Windsor, which was made better by staying here.
