Monthly Rentals in East Greenbush

The apartment was spacious and well-stocked for my extended stay, with a plentiful kitchen and consistently good wi-fi speed (30+ MB/s download). Sylva was prompt and responsive to inquiries. She provided spot-on recommendations and is a deserving Superhost. The location was ideal for my needs: a ten-minute walk to the nearest convenience store (Stewart's), local produce store (Capital Roots), and superb Saturday farmers' market (on River Street). Everything was as described. 5/5 overall - would definitely stay again!

Needed a place for the month and the Nook was the perfect alternative to an extended stay. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for my timeline. The Nook is charming and everything the description says, no hidden surprises like some other AB&Bs. Clean, quiet, friendly, couldn't ask for much more. Would highly recommend!

House was as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/cups. The coffee creamer was a nice touch. The supersize bath products were a pleasant surprise. The heat worked well on the cool rainy weekend we visited. If it was nicer weather the back patio looked inviting. If arriving at night the address number on post is hard to see, but the front door/porch was well lit and house entry was easy. We would stay again if back in Albany area.

This cozy place was perfect for our family when we needed a place to stay near Albany. It's conveniently located near the highway and a short drive into the city. This peaceful, private and comfortable location is everything you can ask for in a place to unwind. What made the stay more special was the friendly and responsive host. She was very accommodating and responded to any questions quickly. She also provided a delicious breakfast every morning which made our stay memorable. I hope we have a reason to stay here again in the future.
