Monthly Rentals in East Goshen Township

The apartment was spacious, comfortable & spotless. The only two issues that I had with the place was there were only 1 pillow per person, I did find 2 extra pillows but no extra pillow cases, and the towels were very thin. If we take the train up we would stay here again. It's a good location & a cafe is within walking distance.

Rose is a the super host of super hosts. She provides clear instructions from start to finish and really cares about the comfort of her guests. The apartment is spotless and in great shape. The neighborhood is peaceful and on a very quiet street away from traffic. This is our second stay, and we’ll be back again next year!

Omar was a great host. He was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and the heat in the building unfortunately happened to go out the day before we got there. Omar let me know that he had someone out trying to fix it that day, but it wasn't fixed and he left space heaters in the apartment for us in case it wasn't fixed before we got there. When we got there, we were able to check in early and Omar was there (with the HVAC guy) when we arrived. He even helped us with our bags up to the apartment. The heat was fixed later that day luckily and Omar checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure the heat was working and let us know he had more space heaters if we needed them. He also checked in to make sure everything else was ok and that we felt at home, which it was and did. The apartment itself was clean and as described. Would stay there again.

This beautiful home exceeds expectations inside and out. The inside matches the building’s historiy yet is up to date. The grounds and porches are well landscaped and peaceful with great furnishings. The area is totally walkable around the neighboring campus or to a charming, active downtown. Can’t say enough about Troy’s hosting. He was immediately reachable by phone and patient when we locked ourselves out. He anticipated our needs and at the same time went out of his way to give us privacy We look forward to returning.
