Leanne’s place was utterly fantastic. A perfect farmhouse cottage in the countryside- and a little bonus was staying during lambing season! So quaint and peaceful- we would come back and stay again in a heartbeat. Leanne and her husband were super responsive and frequently checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. The welcome basket with fresh eggs and candy was such a kind touch. If I could give this stay 10 stars, I would! One of the best we have ever had!

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! A lovely location, very peaceful and relaxing. The cabin itself is so cosy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We really enjoyed cooking on the wood burner stove. Sitting out on the verandah by the fire in the evenings was really lovely, listening to the stream opposite and the birds - a real oasis! The outside bath was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. We also loved our visits from the gorgeous doggys! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a tranquil getaway.

What a great find! Spacious, clean, decorated with great taste. Hellen’s place had everything we needed and more. We were only there for a night while on a long distance walk, but I wish we could have stayed longer to take full advantage of everything it had to offer. Location was so peaceful. Lovely pub with good food just a few minutes walk. Would definitely book again if we happen to be in the area!
